Refund & Cancellation Policy — Pricing Calculator Pro

Subscriptions

Pricing Calculator Pro offers monthly subscription plans (All-Craft Access and Studio Membership) billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.
• You'll retain access to your paid plan's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• After that period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan (1 calculator, 5 saved projects). Any additional saved projects beyond the Free plan limit will remain stored but may become read-only or restricted until you either delete projects to get under the limit or resubscribe.

Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel partway through a month, you keep access until the period ends, but we don't provide prorated refunds for unused time.
• If you were charged in error (e.g., a billing glitch, duplicate charge, or you were charged after canceling), contact us at team@angelaadavis.com and we'll investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
